I make ALL my products in house out of my workshop in Vancouver, Canada. This is NOT a print-on-demand type product. All products are made for the specific customer that orders them which is why it can take 2-3 weeks for your item to ship. Mugs are shipped in an industry standard corrugated cardboard box after being wrapped in protective shipping paper wrap. Shopify tends to over-estimate shipping - I refund ALL applicable postage overages so that you are only ever paying for the TRUE cost of shipping at the end of the day. Any postage overages are refunded back to your original mode of payment after your order has been successfully placed. Etsy sellers are not responsible for your item once it's shipped and in the hands of the postal service system.

Once it leaves my hands there is nothing I can do!
